Investment Club Programs
All American Network has directed our efforts towards training the next generation of American Financiers.
We help put together Investment Clubs through our All American Financial Program and then help find them appropriate investments in American Manufacturing companies.
We also serve as portfolio managers until the clubs can operate on their own.
From experience, we know that the earnings on an annual basis approach close to 80% per year.
Until the clubs function on their own, we share the earnings with them 50% / 50%.
Buy-Do-Sell-Repeat
It is not quite that simple, but the formula is.
A company buys parts from vendors.
They do things to the parts and turn them into a product.
They sell the product-the customer pays and the cycle starts again.
One dollar put into the cycle will usually create an invoice for 5-10 dollars when sold.
A normal (if there is such a thing) markup is structured where there is at least a 20% profit margin.
Pay taxes-retire debt-buy new equipment-hire new people or any number of things will reduce that number down to below zero or up to 10% in the black and here you have the process.
Follow the cash in the two illustrations on this page for a visual picture of the cash flow of a company.
Cash ReCycles In Business
Raw materials are ordered from vendors.
In window one is raw materials-window two is work in process-window three is warehouse or distribution-window four is management-window five is marketing-accounts receivables are created when product is shipped and invoiced.
